SOFTA – Terms of Service

1. About Us

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all use of the website softa.store (the “Site”) and purchases made with SOFTA AB, a company registered in Sweden, Org.nr 5593574782 (“SOFTA,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing the Site or buying any product, you (“you,” “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use this Site. By ordering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Availability

We sell Somali-inspired football jerseys and related apparel. All descriptions, images and prices are subject to change without notice. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when you receive our order-confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud or stock errors. Any paid amounts will be refunded if we cancel.

5. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include Swedish VAT (where applicable). International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees levied by their local customs authority.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Klarna, Apple Pay). By completing a purchase, you authorise us (or our payment provider) to charge your chosen method for the total amount.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch from Stockholm, Sweden. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and in our FAQs. They are estimates—we are not liable for courier delays outside our control.

8. Customs & Import Duties

If you order from outside the EU, your shipment may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays and charges beyond our control. All import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

9. Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, provided the item is unused, unwashed and with all tags attached. Full details are set out in our Return & Refund Policy (effective 22 June 2025), which is incorporated into these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including logos, designs, text, graphics and photos—is the property of SOFTA or its licensors, protected by Swedish and international copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute or exploit any content without prior written consent.

11. User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos or other content (“User Content”), you grant SOFTA a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce that content worldwide. You must not post anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringing.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any illegal purpose.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

  • Interfere with the Site’s security or integrity.

  • Transmit malware, spam or any harmful code.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOFTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SOFTA harmless from any claim, loss or damage arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
