SOFTA – Shipping Policy

Effective date: 22 June 2025


1. Carrier & Fulfilment Location

  • Primary carrier: PostNord (MyPack Collect / Home and International Tracked services).

  • Dispatch location: Stockholm, Sweden. All orders are packed and shipped from our own facility.


2. Order Processing

Step Time frame
Payment verification Instant – you are charged when the order is placed.
Packing & hand-off to PostNord 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excl. Swedish public holidays).
Tracking email Sent automatically as soon as the parcel is scanned by PostNord.

3. Estimated Transit Times*

*Delivery times are estimates supplied by PostNord. Severe weather, customs inspection or peak-season congestion may add extra days.


4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/size.

  • Free shipping promotions (if any) are clearly stated on the product or cart page.


5. Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking link is emailed to you once PostNord has accepted the parcel.

  • Responsibility for the package transfers to you upon delivery confirmation by PostNord (mailbox drop-off, service-point scan or signed receipt).

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel, contact PostNord first, then email contact@wearsofta.com within 48 hours.


6. Customs & Import Duties (non-EU orders)

Your order may be assessed by local customs. Any duties, taxes or fees levied by your country are payable by you. Refused shipments will be treated as standard returns (see Section 8 below).


7. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Parcel

If a shipment is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or the parcel was not collected in time, we will refund the merchandise minus:

  1. The original outbound shipping cost, and

  2. Any return-to-sender fees charged by PostNord.
    Reshipment is possible after we receive the parcel; you will be invoiced for the new postage.


8. Returns & Return Shipping

Our Return & Refund Policy grants you 14 days to cancel/return unused items. Unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong product, the customer pays for return postage. Please request a Return Authorisation (RA) number before sending anything back.


9. Lost or Damaged in Transit

Parcels damaged or lost while in PostNord’s custody are covered by PostNord’s standard liability limits. Contact us at contact@wearsofta.com within 7 days of the tracking event; include photos of any damage so we can file a claim.
