SOFTA – Return & Refund Policy

Effective date: 22 June 2025


1. Overview

We want you to love every SOFTA jersey. If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from the day you (or your designated recipient) receive the goods to return them for a refund. Items returned after 14 days—or items that do not meet the conditions below—may be refused or returned to you at your expense.


2. Return Eligibility

Condition Requirement
Unworn & unwashed The jersey must show no signs of wear, odour, stains, deodorant marks, or washing.
Original tags & packaging Swing tags, size labels and any extras must still be attached. Please fold the jersey neatly back into the poly-bag or box it arrived in.
No custom prints Items customised with names, numbers, or patches cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Defects or wrong item If we sent the wrong size/colour or the product is defective, contact us immediately—we’ll sort it at our cost.

3. How to start a return

  1. Email us at contact@wearsofta.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return (e.g. “too small”, “changed mind”, “faulty seam”)

  3. We will reply with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and the return address in Stockholm, Sweden.

  4. Pack the item securely, write the RA number on the outside, and ship it back to us.

Tip: Use a trackable service; you are responsible for items lost in transit.


4. Who pays return shipping?

Reason Cost
Change of mind / wrong size You cover return postage.
Manufacturing defect / wrong item sent We cover both return postage and replacement shipping.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size? The fastest method is:

  1. Return the original jersey for a refund (follow steps above).

  2. Place a new order for the correct size.
    This ensures the size is reserved for you and speeds up delivery.


6. Refunds

  • We issue refunds to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 3–10 business days for the credit to appear.


7. Late or missing refunds

If 10 business days have passed and you haven’t seen the refund:

  1. Check your bank or card account again.

  2. Contact your credit-card company—posting delays are common.

  3. Still no luck? Email contact@wearsofta.com with your RA number.


8. Warranty claims

Our jerseys are built for quality, quality, quality. If a manufacturing defect appears within 6 months of purchase, email us with photos and a description. Normal wear and tear or accidental damage isn’t covered, but we’ll always do our best to help.
